So, I have culled my gallery of all art before 9th grade and moved them to scraps. While it's awesome to see how far I have come, it never ceases to be horribly embarrassing to look at not only my art that was made of FAIL, but also my horrid grammar. I corrected a few of them that burned my eyes, but otherwise they are all preserved in all their original fail.

Final projects are coming up, and of course I am over-achieving as per usual. Digital Design has an animation due, which I will kill myself over so to make it AWESOME, and 2D Design has a dualities assignment due this coming Tuesday. Of course I have to do a massive oil painting. Because I am that cool.

Or not. The project is actually very difficult for me. Not so much with technique, but the fact that it depicts me nude when no man has seen me naked before (that I know of O-O; ). So, this is like putting naked pictures up for the world to see. However, it has a purpose. It's about the duality between virginity and sexuality. I'll post it with more details, but basically it is supposed to analyze my sexual nature and my logical versus emotional thoughts on the subject. Thing is, I may have taken on too much. I wanted it to be super realistic, like the old masters with tons of Art History symbolism. However, I didn't know the deadline was this coming Tuesday until two days ago. So...fun?

In any case, my first year at college is almost over, and I don't feel all that radically different. My sister was a lot different, and I'm told that I have changed a lot, but I suppose one never really notices their own changes because it is so gradual to them.

Well, I need to get some sleep. College has made me a bit too nocturnal.
